For our servers, we provide advanced NBD (next-business-day) warranties. We currently provide hundreds of on-site warranties for our cliets's servers in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and other European countries.
Specifications of the extended warranty terms that can be selected for Supermicro servers:

Service is intended primarily for IT specialists and requires the active participation of an IT technician on the customer’s side. The service is advantageous because of 24/7 phone availability with the possibility to immediately diagnose the fault, which ensures the correct replacement of the faulty components for its effective resolution. |
| Mission critical pro IT | 2 - 5 years | 24/7 | Service intervention within 24 hours from reporting of the defect, which is carried out at the location selected by the customer within the European Union.
